Where Do You See Yourself In 5 Years?

I would like to see myself leading a team where I can suggest people and motivate employees towards the goal of company and I would like to grow as an individual both personally and professionally.

I would like to see myself at a respectable and more responsible position with good skills and knowledge where I can give effective and innovative solution to company's problems and  satisfactory solution to my junior and senior problems for company's growth.
