Types Of Cloud Computing?

The three primary categories of cloud computing are hybrid, private, and public clouds. Platform as a service (PaaS), software as a service (SaaS), serverless computing, and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) are the four primary services that fall under these deployment patterns.

  • Public cloud

Through the internet, a third-party company offers computer services. Multiple users share the resources, which are owned and managed by the cloud service provider. Public clouds are frequently utilised by small and medium-sized enterprises and can be either free or paid for.

  • Private cloud

A private cloud is used by one company and can be housed at the company's site or at the data centre of the cloud provider. Other names for private clouds are internal or company clouds. Although they provide a high degree of protection and control, the organisation is in charge of overseeing and maintaining the data centres.

  • Hybrid cloud

Hybrid cloud that combines public and private cloud infrastructure, enabling data and applications to flow across them. Frequently, hybrid clouds are utilised to satisfy legal obligations, benefit from on-premises technology, or solve latency problems.
